Shield
Brick red is a color traditionally associated with Supply and Transportation, former designation of the unit. The cornucopia is taken from the coat of arms of the 109th Quartermaster Regiment, parent organization of the Battalion. The crescent represents Tunisia and refers to the first campaign in which the unit participated during World War II. The two wavy bands allude to the Rhine and Arno Rivers and with the fleur-de-lis, refer to the Battalion's war service in Germany, Italy, and France.

The crest is that of the Minnesota Army National Guard.
The coat of arms was originally approved for the 47th Supply and Transport Battalion on 27 May 1964. It was redesignated for the 134th Supply and Transportation Battalion on 10 April 1991. The insignia was redesignated for the 134th Support Battalion on 11 December 1996.
